( “EZLIFE”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and you or the entity that you represent (hereinafter referred to as “USER”, “you” or “your”). EZLIFE ACCOUNT
If the USER creates an account on the Website and our Services, you will be responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. The USER shall be solely responsible for the content of all its data. Our services allow you to import, export and share template files with Personal Information within your organization. You are responsible to fully protect all your company’s template files. EZLIFE will not be liable for any loss or damage to your template files. You acknowledge your responsibility to use a secured encrypted connection when transmitting your template files to your organization. You shall immediately notify EZLIFE of any unauthorized use of your account, or any known suspected data breach.
CONSENT FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
By using the Website and our Services, you fully agree and consent that EZLIFE may collect, use, store or disclose and process your personal information you and your company knowingly provide to us for the purpose of providing our Services.
You fully agree and consent that you are accountable for acquiring direct consent from your employees before using the Website and our Services.

EZLIFE is taking all the appropriate measures to protect your Personal Information. EZLIFE is implementing all security measures required on how to handle data security. EZLIFE is constantly improving its Services. EZLIFE may add or remove certain features in our Services. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
